Server monitoring is a big responsibility for first–time VPS users – you have to keep an eye on how your Virtual Private Server is doing, to find out if it’s overloaded, to check if all the services are running correctly. It’s a task that calls for constant attention, and you most likely do not have the time to do this. That’s why we offer that we take care of the job on your behalf. If you make use of our Optional Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS and all the processes running on it. As a result you will have more time for your web sites or applications.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package is not the simplest process on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your desktop PC, or deploy some 3rd–party tool. We offer a much simpler and easier solution with our Optional Managed Services package. We will create a complete backup of your VPS every single week, so you never need to fear losing essential data. And we can always retrieve a backup very quickly. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your server. But, some scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional setup from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services option can come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you’ll be able to literally hire one of our knowledgeable server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software program that you need. And/or have him take care of a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Web Hosting Packages and it is an extra feature for our KVM Linux VPS Web Hosting Packages.
